we are
Our name says it all really because since 2002 we have been in the business
of growing our clients’ businesses by creating new opportunities for them.
After many successful years working as consultants, the founders identified
a niche in the industry for a call centre which took a more consultative
approach, is personal, productive and appealing to all kinds of businesses,
not just established blue chips companies with huge budgets.
The New Opportunities concept was born.
The vision was to ensure service offerings were more bespoke to the
clients’ needs and budget. Pricing structures would be completely transparent,

The overall aim was to make New Opportunities the natural choice for
